Q: Does the VIP cabana/igloo include admission?

At this time, we do not offer wheelchair or scooter rentals. Please plan accordingly.

Q: Is the hay ride wheelchair accessible?

Sadly, the hay wagon sits high like Santa’s sleigh and isn’t equipped for wheelchair access, but there are plenty of other fun accessible areas to explore around the North Pole!
