You’ll find shoe cubbies near the rink, ready for storing your boots, slippers, or elf shoes.

Santa says no outside food or beverages—his team has you covered with seasonal treats, warm comforts, and wine-country delights. Exceptions include:
- Baby food
- Unopened/sealed or empty water bottles
- Limited items for special dietary needs
All bags will be checked by Santa’s security elves.

To keep the magic merry and bright, the following items must stay off Santa’s sleigh:
- Knives, weapons
- Drugs or paraphernalia
- Gang-related clothing
- Disorderly behavior
- Wallet chains
- Costumes (elves & Santa have exclusivity!)
- Pepper spray
- Coolers
- Flashlights or laser pointers
- Outside food & beverages
- Drones
- Bikes, skateboards, e-bikes
Our elves work cash-free! We accept credit, debit, and mobile pay only.
Santa’s magic doesn’t allow refunds. All sales are final.

A little rain never stops the magic! Winter Fest in Wine Country will twinkle rain or shine.
However, during extra-blustery weather, some activities (like ice skating and roller skating) may pause, change, or close for safety—elves’ orders!
If winter weather leads to a full-day closure, your tickets will be honored for a future date.

A small batch of last-minute tickets will be available at the gate via QR Code or website, but Santa strongly recommends buying online to secure your spot in the snow-globe fun!
General Admission grants you access to:
- The glowing holiday light displays
- Visits with Santa
- Our holiday movie
- Weekend attractions and festive activities
(Friday–Sunday, 4 PM–10 PM)
Ice Skating is not included.
Ice Skating Tickets, however, include:
- Full festival admission on Friday–Sunday
- Access to lights during weekday skating sessions
Please note: Weekday skating includes our beautiful light displays, but Santa, holiday movies, characters, and kids activities are weekend-only delights.
- On the weekend the full festival is going on with a lot more activities for the whole family. This means you can buy a ticket to attend without skating. See the schedule for more details.
- On the weekdays, the lights are on and the music is playing and customers can book ice skating sessions. The only ticket available is ice skating. If you are accompanying someone skating, you may come watch for free.
Yes! Your General Admission Festival Ticket is your key to holiday cheer any festival day. Redeem it for your entry wristband Friday through Sunday, when the festival is open.

Our sparkling ice skating rink and roller skating area are open every day at various times. Our weekend times are 10:00am–10:00pm—except Christmas, when Santa gives the ice a rest. Roller skating is included with your ice-skating or festival entry ticket. Check our schedule for more information.

During weekday skating, adults may watch their little skaters for free. While the full festival is resting midweek, our light displays remain shining in holiday splendor.
Children under 5 enjoy festival entry for free with a paid adult. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for entry.
